The partnership with 8x8 comes at an exciting time for Exsel which is rapidly growing in Scotland. The company recently announced investment worth half a million pounds to grow the business further, the creation of 50 new jobs and further expansion with new offices in Edinburgh and Ireland, in addition to its existing offices in Glasgow and Aberdeen.
Prior to working with 8x8, Exsel Group was selling less than 50 hosted seats a month, this has more than doubled in 6 months with a steady increase in ARPU. After just one year of partnering with 8x8, Exsel Group has gained more than 100 new customers, including Loch Lomond Golf and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. This partnership will help Exsel Group towards its goal to grow revenue 30% year-on-year, providing 4,000 seats a year.
The 8x8 products that Exsel Group will be reselling include Virtual Office, Virtual Contact Centre and EasyContactNow. A key benefit of using 8x8’s software is that it was born in the cloud and end users can use any device without the need for third party add-ons. This is particularly important as the growth of remote and flexible working means that most users expect to use the software on their phone.
